XIAOHUAN TANG

Founder and CEO

Mr. Xiaohuan Tang is the founder of Hanaq Group. He worked as an Operations Manager for Wealth Minerals Canada and was in charge of the mining projects in South America. He was the General Manager of Jinzhao Mining working in the development of Pampa de Pongo Project which was later successfully sold for 800 million dollars. Likewise, he worked for Standard Bank in the structured mining finance department for mining projects in South America. Previous to that, he worked as a mining consultant for the Office for South America of the British Commonwealth. In addition to his experience in South America, Mr Tang has also explored several mining projects in Central America.

He is the Director of Wealth Minerals and MAPEAL Macau. He is also member of Chatham House. Mr Tang was awarded with a BEng by the University of Tsinghua in China. He was awarded with masters by the Imperial College London, University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge. Chinese is his mother tongue and he speaks fluent English and Spanish.


AGUSTIN SARAVIA FRIAS

Director

Mr. Agustin Frias is the principal partner of the law firm Saravia Frias & Cornejo Associates in Salta, specializing in the natural resources industry. Previously, he worked for Marval O’Farrell & Mairal in Buenos Aires focusing in debt restructuring, joint ventures and acquisitions. He took part as a guest panelist in the “Senior Expert Group Meeting on Sustainable Development of Lithium Resources in Latin America: Emerging Issues and Opportunities” in Santiago de Chile (2010) as well as in publications of the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) Annual Review (CAR). Mr. Saravia Frias is a lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and was awarded with a Master in mining law by the University of Dundee sponsored by Rio Tinto/Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Spanish is his mother tongue and he speaks fluent English.


XIUHONG LI

CFO

Mr. Xiuhong Li has had top executive titles in several mining companies in Latin America for over twenty years, including his most recent position as vice president at MCC Minera Sierra Grande SA in Argentina. At this company, he was the CFO and director in charge of overseeing the elaboration of Feasibility Study and its delivery before the mining authority in order to be granted with the financial stability certificate. He also worked as a Finance Director for Junefield Group SAA in Peru specializing in accounting, taxes, labor and financial affairs. Mr Li. studied accounting in China and Peru. Chinese is his mother tongue but he also speaks Spanish and English.



MARTIN ANDREATTA

Project Manager

Sr. Martin Andreatta was the Manager of the Mining Services Business Unit of NOA (Argentine Northwest) in Argentina owned by Ezentis Group and was in charge of the projects aimed at building the facilities in the Olaroz salt flats. He worked as a Business Development Manager in several mining projects in Argentina for Shanska Argentina, a multinational engineering and construction company located in Sweden. Prior to Shanska, Mr. Andreatta was the General Manager of REMSA (Energy and Mineral Resources of Salta) and worked for Transportadora de Gas del Norte (Natural Gas Transportation System), owned by Techint Group, Total, Pretronas and others as the Finance and Strategy Manager. He was a professor at the University of Buenos Aires and the University of Palermo in Argentina, where he taught corporate finance, budget management, project evaluation and asset valuation.

Mr. Andreatta is a graduate of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) in Argentina with the degree of Industrial Engineer. He was awarded with a Master in Business Administration (MBA) by IAE Business School. Spanish is his mother tongue and he speaks fluent Spanish and Italian.
