Mr. Agustin Saravia Frias is a principle partner in the law firm Saravia Frias & Cornejo Asociados in Salta, where he specialised in the industry of natural resources. He previously worked at Marval O’Farrell & Mairal in Buenos Aires, focusing on debt restructuring and M&A.
He participated as guest panelist in “The meeting of the group of senior expert on the sustainable development of lithium in Latin America: Emergent issues and opportunities” in Santiago de Chile (2010) and in publications in the center for energy, petroleum and mineral law & policy CEPMLP Annual review (CAR) CE.
Mr. Saravia Frias is a lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and received his Master’s Degree in mining law from the University of Dundee sponsored by Rio Tinto/Foreign and Commonwealth Office. His mother language is Spanish and his English is fluent.
David qualified in February 1993, after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from Standford University. Since then he has specialised exclusively in family law.
